Can I sublet my house/apt/condo?

No, that is not allowed with Horst Mountain Property Leases.

Can I get someone added onto the Lease after the fact?

Yes, but the current tenant must communicate with property manager BEFORE any new tenants move in.

How many vehicles can we have per person?

This will vary by property, but usually it will be one per adult.

Are you pet friendly?

Many properties have pet availability. Additional charges and restrictions may apply.

Are Utilities included in the rent?

Usually not included in the Lease, and will need to be setup in the Tenant’s name.
